Thank you to those who've emailed me regarding my last post.

Yes, I do know that I don't have to do everything myself. That's why I'm not the coordinator. That's why it's a steering TEAM and not Person.

Yes, we do know about the homestead exemption. Except, my husband was left in charge of going to the assessor's office with his DD214 when we moved here. He never did. When I talked to the assessor's, they said we could take it in now, but their office runs 18 months behind, so it will not take effect until tax time of 2008. In September of 2008 we'll see that discount. : (

And yes, this has all been handed to the Lord. I've literally held the papers with the stresses written on them in my hands and prayed over them. I have complete confidence that He'll handle everything. I just have to wait for the results. It's His timing, not mine.
